Endeavour Mutual is a respected financial institution committed to providing personalized banking solutions with a focus on community and member well-being. As a trusted mutual bank, Endeavour places its members’ needs at the heart of everything, offering a range of services from home loans and personal banking to insurance and financial advice.

The Endeavour Mutual website is where members go to manage their accounts, access financial tools, and stay informed about products and services. Neo was selected to redesign the digital platform to reflect Endeavour’s commitment to innovation and customer-first values, creating a modern, seamless experience that aligns with the bank’s mission of fostering lasting, trusted relationships with its members.

The Challenge

When Neo began working with Endeavour Mutual in 2023, the bank’s digital presence was outdated and no longer aligned with its vision of innovation, trust, and member-first banking. While the existing website still served its purpose, technology had advanced, customer expectations had shifted, and new business priorities had emerged. Endeavour Mutual turned to Neo to modernize its online experience and create a platform that accurately reflects the bank’s position as a forward-thinking financial institution. Our goals were to:

Our Approach

Given Endeavour Mutual’s size, complexity, and its wide range of customer-focused services, Neo understood the importance of collaboration and earning buy-in from key stakeholders across all levels of the organization. To achieve this, we:
